These Terms govern your use of the LOCK Secure Wallet app and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You must provide a valid email address that you control and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or share content that is illegal, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities;
• infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• use the optional intruder-capture feature to record people without a lawful basis, or on a device you do not own;
• upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data;
• overload, disrupt, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass storage limits or security controls.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

3. Plans, storage limits and payment

• Free: 10 GB at no cost.
• Pro: 100 GB for US$5 per month.
• Max: 1 TB for US$10 per month.

Paid plans are currently arranged manually: you submit an upgrade request, we send payment instructions (for example via Payoneer), and your plan is upgraded once payment is confirmed. Plans last for the period paid and may be renewed on request. If your stored data exceeds your plan's limit, uploads are blocked until you free up space or upgrade. Prices may change with notice; changes do not affect periods already paid. Refunds are handled case by case and as required by law.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, back up, and serve it back to you and to operate the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data; the Service is not a guarantee against all data loss.

5. Optional security features

Intruder capture is off by default. If you enable it, you confirm that you own the device, that you have read the in-app disclosure, and that you will use it only to protect your own wallet and in line with local law. Captured evidence is stored only in your wallet.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service we will give reasonable notice so you can download your files.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and notify you of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
