Delete your LOCK account

This page lets you permanently delete your LOCK Secure Wallet account and the data associated with it. You can also do this inside the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account.

What gets deleted

• Your account (email, name, password hash and settings)
• All files and folders in your wallet, removed from storage
• Intruder-capture events and their photos, audio and locations
• Wallet backup snapshots
• Upgrade requests and your analytics events

Retention

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Residual copies in encrypted infrastructure backups and server logs expire automatically within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records for paid plans).

Can't sign in?

Email tayyabmalik8299@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm ownership and delete your account within 7 days. You can also reset your password from the forgot password page and then delete it here.
